That responsive and attentive service includes face-to-face training for Sanhe distributors and operators, and on-site repair in the rare event it is needed. Those fine machines we sell and maintain fall into three main categories: devices for RF-based hair growth stimulation, for laser-based hair removal, and for laser-based removal of skin pigmentation. Sanhe, with $2.5 million USD in annual sales, is headed by CEO John Zhou, who oversees Internal Operations and Strategic Management. Lim Guo, meanwhile, serves Director of Global Business Development, fostering the firm’s “win-win-win” philosophy among both new and existing partners, and their customers. Jack Zhang leads R&D and production as CTO and Factory GM. These three executives preside over more than 95 staff, all of whom strictly adhere to ISO13485 principles through processes featuring true continuous improvement, in turn leading to internal and external synergies.
Great processes, however, only lead to top results with equally great inputs.
